Phil Pustejovsky Bio Wiki

Phil_PustejovskyPhil Pustejovsky Bio – Are you searching to learn more about Phil Pustejovsky and his life. Many people have shared that the Phil Pustejovsky Life Story is very powerful. Although it is still being updated everyday, here is what is looks like as of now, from start to finish, of how I ended up where I am today.

To start off, my parents say that I was a happy kid. I was raised in a loving home. Stayed out of trouble and participated in sports growing up. I was never around wealthy or entrepreneurial people but I was taught important character lessons such as integrity, hard work, thrift, kindness, patience, open mindedness and commitment. Looking back, it made for a great foundation in becoming a productive and responsible adult.

I guess personal achievement was a part of my nature from when I was little. In my early teens, I used to set exercise goals on how many miles I would run or how many push ups I could do, even before the concept of goal setting was introduced to me. Although I wasn’t the best student, I worked hard, got decent grades and participated in many extracurricular activities. I was very lucky to have been accepted into Vanderbilt University. Those around me at college had much better grades in high school than I did. Although I partied a few too many times during my Vanderbilt years, I managed to graduate on time. On graduation day, my parents gave me a card that said these words:

If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. — Henry David Thoreau

I took those words to heart and so began trying to live the life of my dreams. (I still have that graduation card on my desk to this day) Where was I going? I didn’t know at the time, but I did know where I wasn’t going. Two middle aged women had told me one time at a bar while in college that the best years of their lives were in college. That was not going to be me. I was not going to live my life looking through the rear view mirror and calling the past, “the good ol’ days”. Instead, my plan was to make each subsequent year the best year of my life.

But my immediate post college life was a bit rocky, to say the least. It’s at this point in my life where I went homeless for a period of time. I’ll pick up the rest of the story vocally. Listen to this…

Phil, thank you so much for sharing your testimony and for being transparent in a world full of darkness. I can feel your spirit through this recording and I know you are a true, honest sold out believer! It was a divine appointment today for me to go on YouTube and I saw your advertisement as I was about to listen to the audio book “The Richest Man in Babylon”. God is awesome and works in mysterious ways. I became a Christian at the age of 17 in 2005, before receiving Christ I was about to join a gang in Chicago, I was drinking and smoking marijuana and trapped in a lifestyle of sexual sin. But after receiving Christ and the gift of his grace, mercy and unconditional love, I ended up rejected the offer to join the gang, I stopped smoking and drinking at the age of 18 and haven’t touched another bottle or smoked since then. I also made the decision to go to college, which allowed me to become the first member of my family to even attend a university. God is so good and sovereign He blessed me with the financial means to attend a private Christian University. Entering in as a freshman, I received a major scholarship to play baseball. Fast forward the 5 years I attended this University I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business & met the woman of my dreams and a virtuous woman of God, who is now my wife. We live in Chicago Illinois and we are serving the Lord in our city through feeding and clothing the homeless and raising money for families in need. We both have a heart for serving and missions, we actually feel called to build children’s homes in Latin America and have Christian discipleship programs to the glory of God. I also have a passion for real estate investing that has grown over the last year and I’m actually looking for a mentor to guide me and help shape me into a successful real estate entrepreneur. I currently own 2 buildings in Chicago and I’m already earning residual income and it is such a blessing. But I believe that is just the beginning for me, and I look forward to a career in real estate and being able to bless others along the way. I hope this finds you well, God bless you, your family and all of yours!

    Best Regards,

    Hello Phil Pustejovsky,

I came across to your video in youtube by typing real state 101. I don’t know who you are but you story is very motivational and I relate to most of your story. I’m 32 years old and I’m looking into investing in real state. I’m planning to take some college courses in real state because I have no experience on the subject and I feel I need to get educated first before I start. Thanks and God Bless.

    Hello Phil,

I came across a youtube video of you during my research on real estate investing. I thought you were very informative and it led me to research you…now I’m here. All I have to say is awesome story brother…very inspiring. I’m glad that you found God during your life journey. I just recently got closer to God when he joined me with my lovely wife on October 12th. So I know how you feel when you met your life partner.

You are the type of mentor that I hope to come across as I continue to delve into real estate investing. I’m at the tail end of my military career in the Air Force and I would like to do something completely different from my skill-set of logistics when I leave. I know real estate investing is what I want to do because of the excitement I get from renting out my ONE piece of real estate property (single family home) in Maryland. I am working on increasing my knowledge on real estate investing and hopefully afterwards add more property to my portfolio.
Thanks for sharing who you are. I look forward to reading your book.
