Looking for the net worth of Phil Pustejovsky? If you are curious as to how well I have done financially in life, let’s just say that real estate has been very good to me and I am quite blessed economically. However, on the other hand, if you are a paralegal working for an attorney hired by one of my tenants, looking to find out if a frivolous lawsuit filed against me could result in a big payday, then in that case, my assets are scattered across tons of entities and the most you could collect would be close to nothing.
As you can see from the last sentence, there is a positive and negative to financial notoriety. For example, what many people may not realize is that Donald Trump is in court a lot. He is a big target for lawsuits. Even though he is wise in how he structures his business dealings and rarely does he lose big in legal battles, it is also quite time consuming and expensive to appear on the witness stand in court as well as plan and defend against legal onslaughts.
An interesting case involving Robert Kiyosaki being sued by Bill Zanker of the Learning Annex (see the Forbes article Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Bankrupt Dad?) illustrates an interesting sidebar on this subject as well. Bill recently won a judgment of $24 Million against one of Kiyosaki’s entities, Rich Global, LLC. But Kiyosaki had different entities for his different businesses and assets so rather than cripple him financially, he simply bankrupted Rich Global, LLC and went about his life without taking a huge loss. Sure, Robert had to pay quite a bit in legal fees and spend time dealing with the case, but he didn’t have to come up with $24M either. (Consequently, after the results of the case made headlines, I quickly contacted the same entity attorney that Kiyosaki had used to set up his entities and had that attorney run through my stuff to make sure I was as close to bulletproof as possible).
So regardless of your reason for searching for the Phil Pustejovsky net worth, I hope you have been satisficed (a cross between satisfied and sufficed) 🙂
